1. Choose the job
Start with Find & Fix when you need a read-only deterministic issue scan. Open Bulk Editor when you already have approved changes. Use Internal Linking or Bulk Schema for their focused workflows.
2. Load the correct URLs
Scan configured post types, use filters, or paste a URL list. Confirm builder labels and current values before editing.
3. Stage approved changes
Edit supported fields in the grid or import mapped CSV columns in Pro. Nothing saves while you type.
4. Open Preview
Review current and proposed values for every affected page. Uncheck fields that should not be applied.
5. Confirm and monitor the save
Approved writes run in chunks. Backups and History records are created before supported writes. If a connection fails, resume from the last completed chunk.
6. Verify or Undo
Check public pages and metadata. If Elementor output is stale, clear Files & Data and external caches. Use History to restore one page, selected pages, or the complete batch.
