Import SEO data into WordPress from a spreadsheet

Bulk Import from Spreadsheet accepts URL, Meta Title, Meta Description, and Headings in one paste from Google Sheets or Excel. Bulk SEO Studio matches each row to an existing page by URL, then runs it through the same Preview Changes and automatic backup as every other edit in the plugin.

What it does

Your spreadsheet, matched straight to your pages

SEO data prepared outside WordPress, by a consultant, in an audit spreadsheet, or from a previous site, loads directly into the same grid used everywhere else in the plugin.

Why it matters

SEO work often starts outside WordPress

Keyword research, title rewrites, and content audits usually happen in a spreadsheet first. Retyping that work into WordPress one page at a time throws away the format it was already in.

Manual transcription introduces typos
Hours of copy-paste, page by page

No preview, needs a developer to build and maintain
One-off tooling cost for a recurring need
How it works

What actually happens on import

1

Paste into the import area

In the Bulk Editor, paste URL, Meta Title, Meta Description, and Headings together. In Bulk Schema, paste URL and Schema JSON-LD.

2

Matches rows to pages by URL

Each row is matched to an existing page by its URL. Rows that don't match are flagged as unmatched, not silently skipped or turned into new pages.

3

Same Preview Changes as any edit

Imported data flows into the standard preview screen, current value next to new value, per field, before Confirm Changes writes anything.

4

Backed up first, undoable from History

A backup is taken automatically for whatever you save, restorable from History.

Who it's for

Anyone whose SEO work starts in a spreadsheet

SEO consultants

Deliver a title and description rewrite as a spreadsheet, and have the client paste it in directly instead of re-keying every row.

Agencies running audits

Audit tools export findings as a spreadsheet. Paste the fixes back in the same format they were identified in.

Teams migrating between sites

Gather SEO data from an old site into a spreadsheet, then import it onto matching URLs on the new one.
