What data can I paste into Bulk Import from Spreadsheet?

In the Bulk Editor, Bulk Import from Spreadsheet accepts URL, Meta Title, Meta Description, and Headings in one paste. In Bulk Schema, the equivalent import accepts URL and Schema JSON-LD together.

How does it match spreadsheet rows to the right page?

Rows are matched to existing pages by URL. Rows that don't match an existing page are flagged as unmatched rather than silently skipped or turned into new pages.

Can I export my current SEO data as a spreadsheet first?

Not currently. Bulk SEO Studio supports importing spreadsheet data into WordPress; there is no export feature yet. If your data started outside WordPress, or in another tool that can export a spreadsheet, that's what you'd paste in here.

Does it overwrite fields that aren't in my pasted data?

Only the fields present in what you paste are written. Anything not included in the import, including existing schema, is left untouched.

Do I paste directly, or upload a file?

Bulk Import from Spreadsheet is a paste-based flow: copy a range from Google Sheets or Excel and paste it directly into the import area in the Bulk Editor or Bulk Schema.

Is spreadsheet import free or Pro?

Pro. It's marked PRO directly in the Bulk Editor interface. Free users edit directly in the grid, including pasting individual columns, but not the full Bulk Import from Spreadsheet flow.
